Q: Can guests placing OlO orders tip in cash?

A: Yes! Treat as you currently do now.

Q: Can a tip be added to an OlO transaction online after submitting an “asap” order?

A: No. Once the guest submits an “asap” order online, it cannot be adjusted.

Q: Can a tip be added to an OlO transaction online after submitting a “scheduled” order?

A: Yes. Guests placing “scheduled” orders may adjust the order and add a tip prior to the order being “fired to the kitchen.”

Q: Can a guest add a tip amount to the OlO transaction at the time of pick up?

A: No. There is no way to add a tip amount to the OlO transaction once the order is processed and the guests credit card has been charged.

Q: Can a tip be added to an OlO transaction by re-opening or adjusting a closed check in Aloha?

A: No. Credit Cards for OlO orders are processed thru OlO NOT Aloha. Any dollar amount adjustments

made to an OlO order by adjusting an Aloha check does not transfer back to OlO. The credit card transaction will not reflect the adjustment and the restaurant will not receive the funds.

Q: How do guests obtain a detailed receipt for an OlO order or a printed copy if requested?

A: A fully detailed receipt and confirmation was emailed to the guests email address used when placing the OlO order. In the event a printed receipt is still necessary, follow these steps:

1. log in to the OlO dashboard using the “Store Info Email,”

2. log in to your OlO account from your back-office PC.

3. Once logged on, simply retrieve the order details found under the “Orders” tab on the dashboard.

4. Once the “Orders” tab, select the “Search by Timeframe” tab, select the order date, and click “See Orders”.

5. After locating the order, use the drop-down menu on the top right of the page, select “print” and a copy of the detail may be printed on the back-office printer.
