Stores go offline whenever a POS connection issue occurs resulting in a disconnection between the POS and OlO.   Stores will receive an alert from OlO to let them know their store has been offline for more than 15 minutes.   This information can help you address service disruptions quickly.


Reasons for Store Going Offline:

  • Internet not running or running with slow speed
  • Stores that have not done a hard reboot of their computer in a long time
  • Stores running ATO and OlO at the same time
  • File server with limited memory
  • Stores running older versions of Windows
  • Firewall issues


What Action do I Need to Take:

  • Check internet connection
  • Hard reboot of computer
  • If OlO still offline, please complete an OlO Help ticket
