If the QSR Automations KDS installation is not complete prior to opening or there's an issue with the Video MX license, we will need to have the print groups rerouted to the Terminal Printer that is closest to the kitchen.
Call the OC or the Store to see which Terminal Printer we need kitchen chits to be routed to.
In CFC, navigate to Maintenance>Hardware>Printers.
Select all stores in store selector.
Filter down to the store from the drop-down and select the Terminal Printer you want to reroute the Printer Groups to.
Click on the Printer Groups tab.
Select all printers in the Assigned section on the left except for 105 Svc Bar Printer and move them over to the Included section on the right.
Save your changes and close CFC.
Open CMC and navigate to the store. Run a refresh and test an order to verify the kitchen chit is printing at the Terminal Printer.
Once the KDS installation is complete, follow the instructions below to remove the rerouting for the Printer Groups.
In CFC, navigate to Maintenance>Hardware>Printers.
Select all stores in store selector.
Filter down to the store from the drop-down and select the Terminal Printer you want to remove rerouting for the Printer Groups from.
Click on the Printer Groups tab.
Select all printers in the Included section on the right and move them over to the Assigned section on the right.
Save your changes and close CFC.
Open CMC and navigate to the store. Run a refresh and test an order to verify the kitchen chit is no longer printing at the Terminal Printer. It should only display on the KDS.
