Failed Orders


Common Scenario: Guests place a scheduled order and the order does not fire to the kitchen. Guest arrives at the store to retrieve the order and there is no order ready. 


Why does it occur? OLO orders cannot fire to the kitchen in any of the circumstances below:


  • If the OLO employee (555) is not checked in
  • If OlO is manually disabled
  • If there is an internet outage
  • If the ticket was early fired to the kitchen on the wrong day (scheduled orders)


Recommendation:  We recommend that team members do not check out, clock out, or log in as the OlO employee (555).
